                                      Wedding Prices

Film

Quite simply, I charge $995.00 + tax to shoot an average size wedding.  My price includes film (up to ten rolls of professional film), developing, all of the proofs, ten (10) 8 x10 prints, and all of the negatives.  If additional film is needed, you pay for the actual film and developing at cost!  I use Pounds Photographic Labs (a nationally known professional lab) so I can offer anything that a professional lab can offer, i.e. digital retouching, canvas mounting, etc., and I usually have the proofs back the week following the wedding.

I normally shoot between eight (8) and ten (10) rolls of medium format film during an average wedding.  Medium format film is almost three times the size of 35mm film.  This format allows more cropping options and sharper enlargements.  Each roll of film allows fifteen (15) exposures.  You should receive between 100 – 150 proofs.  Proofs are 4” x 5” in size.  (If you want the proofs in a different size or parents books, let me know before I get the film developed and you can save a substantial amount of money.)

Digital

If you opt for Digital Photography, I charge the same amount, $995.00 + tax to shoot an average size wedding.  However I normally shoot 200-300 photos and provide you with paper proofs of all photos, a CD or DVD of all images, and ten (10) 8x10's prints.

Additional Info

I like to meet the bride at least once before the wedding to get a feel of what she wants from the photographer.  Additionally, I will be at the church at least an hour (preferably two hours) before to take some of the formal (and fun) poses.  This saves time after the wedding so that the bride may get to the reception faster.

I usually carry three cameras and at least two separate flashes, I come prepared!  My business name, Captured Moment, reflects my business philosophy…I try to capture one moment in time; a memory forever captured in a photograph.  I enjoy shooting weddings because of the emotion involved.  Captured Moment was established in 1993.  I established my website in December 2002.

The Photo Sessions  Price List also pertains to wedding print reorders.  I encourage you to shop the market and to choose a photographer that listens to what you want and that you feel comfortable with.    I look forward to hearing from you.
